Q. Can I buy a custom box through Godiva.com.hk?

A. For orders online, we have already pre-selected the most favorable chocolate for your box. But if you would like to order for corporate gifts, please contact our Wholesale Department.

Q. Can you send any free samples?

A. Unfortunately, it is against company policy to send out free samples of our products. You see, if we did this for all admirers we would soon be out of chocolate. However, our Godiva shops frequently sample our products. On our website there is a list of the promotions/sampling events that our shops have scheduled. Also, on our website is a list of the locations and phone numbers of our Godiva shops.

Q. Can I order a gift to be shipped internationally?

A. At the moment, we can ship your order to Hong Kong,Singapore and Taiwan. However, there are many international locations that carry our products that you could contact for further assistance.You can find the addresses and phone numbers of these locations on our website at the following URL: .

Q. How can I own a franchise of a Godiva Stores?

A. All of our Godiva shops are corporately owned and operated, therefore, we do not franchise our stores.

Q. Can I enjoy free delivery service?

A. We can offer free delivery service for purchases over HK$ 1500 at one destination.

ORDERING

Placing an order on-line :

  1. Select all item(s) and add to your shopping bag. If you change the quantity of an item in your shopping bag, you must click on "Update Shopping Bag." Once you are finished shopping, click on "checkout" to start the order process.
  2. Enter your personal information
  3. Choose your "Delivery Date" and click on "Continue".
  4. ***Please notes the shipping instruction when you choose your "Delivery Date".
  5. Enter your Delivery Remarks for any enquiry.
  6. Then you will be on the "Review" page. Please review all the information to be sure it is correct. If it is correct, click on "continue". If you need to make changes, please click on the "BACK" button and change the information that you wish to change. When you are satisfied with your order information, click on "CONTINUE."
CARING FOR YOUR CHOCOLATE

Q. How long will Godiva Chocolates keep their fresh taste?

A. Godiva Chocolates will stay fresh tasting at room temperature for up to 2-3 weeks, as long as they are kept away from heat and humidity. Specifically, the temperature should not exceed 70 degrees (F) and the relative humidity should remain below 60%. Avoid direct sunlight.

Q. How should I store the chocolate if I want to keep it fresh tasting for more than two weeks?

A. To store chocolate for up to two months, place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and refrigerate. To store chocolate for up to six months place package in two plastic bags, close tightly and freeze.

Q. What is the proper way to "thaw out" the chocolate once it is taken out of storage?

A. Keep chocolates in plastic bags until the entire package has attained room temperature. Minimum thawing times for one box are:
  • Refrigerator - 2 hours
  • Freezer - 6 hours
