Management Positions
Store Manager:
- Major Responsibilities...Accountable
that the "Gold Standard" of customer service is
achieved with every customer, every time, every day.
- Must meet personal
sales goals and motivate staff to achieve their sales goals
as well.
- Accountable
for the training and development of sales associates and
stock associates.
- Accountable
for smooth and efficient operations of the store on a day-to-day
basis.
- Minimum of one-year
retail management preferred and a proven track record of
high volume sales achievement record required.
Assistant Store
Manager:
- Major Responsibilities...Accountable
that the "Gold Standard" of customer service is
achieved with every customer, every time, every day.
- Must not only
meet personal sales goals, but must motivate staff to meet
their sales goals as well.
- Assist with
the training and development of sales associates and stock
associates.
- Accountable
for smooth and efficient operations of the store on a day-to-day
basis.
- Minimum of one
year of retail management experience preferred and a proven
track record of high volume sales achievement required.
Entry
Level Retail
Part-Time/Full-Time Sales Positions:
- Major responsibilities...Provide
superior customer service to every customer, every time,
every day.
- Meet and exceed
sales goals on a consistent basis through professional selling
skills and on the floor customer interaction.
- Responsible
for a variety of operational duties which may include ringing
sales, visual merchandising and related activities.
Part-Time/Full-Time
Stock Positions:
- Major responsibilities...Provide
a high level of customer service to every customer every
time, every day.
- Responsible
for sales generation through appropriate inventory control,
receiving and processing the shipment efficiently, and keeping
the store shelves stocked at appropriate levels.
- Assist in inventory
control and maintenance of the refrigerated stockroom.
- Perform a sales
associate position when needed, and other related duties.
Sales and stock
positions may be part-time, full-time, or seasonal in nature.
In most cases, employees are hired on a seasonal or part-time
basis, with the possibility of being promoted to full-time
once there is a positive performance record. Seasonal positions
are temporary in nature, and are typically available during
our peak seasons, which include the months of November, December
and, of course around Valentine's Day in February.
