⚠️Important Notes（Please read carefully about the Terms & Conditions)

• The purchased product and related gifts will be given at the spot of the selected workshop
  date and time.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop scheduled time, and present the
  Purchase Confirmation Email.
• Workshop will be conducted in Cantonese.
• One set material/ gift will be distributed for a pair.
• Apart from 1 child, workshop is limited to 1 adult only as accompanist who should attend the whole
  workshop for safety reason. GODIVA has right to cancel the participation if not being fulfilled the
  said criteria.
• When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above/”Extreme Conditions” or “Black” Rainstorm Warning is
  issued within the coming 4 hours on the day, the Workshop will be canceled without any date
  re-scheduling in future. Item 1) to 3) mentioned above will be forfeited accordingly.
  Participants can visit the selected GODIVA Store (Shop M02, MTR Floor, MOKO, Mong Kok) to
  get Item 4) to 7), and for 8) to 9) will still be arranged accordingly.
• Participants of the event agree that the copyright of the photos, videos, sounds, and portraits
  recorded or captured in the Chocolate Experience can be publicly broadcasted in any form for
  promotional purposes by GODIVA.
• In the event of any dispute, GODIVA Chocolatier (Asia) Limited reserves the right to make the
  final decision (including the right to adjust, modify or cancel workshop, etc.).
