Our GODIVA Sous Chef Chocolatier, Pacific Rim, Wong Yim Yin joined GODIVA Chocolatier in 2000. Since then, he has developed a strong passion to chocolate and has participated in numbers of chocolate events in Brussels, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan. Through these events, he has not only acquired professional chocolate making knowledge and skills from our Global Executive Chef Chocolatier, Thierry Muret, he has also become a chocolate connoisseur with our unique Godiva’s way of taste and style.

Chef Yin has always amazingly impressed the audience by his masterly skills in making chocolate desserts on-the-scene and his sharing of chocolate knowledge in various grand ceremonies and gala dinners, either in The Jockey Club Owners’ Carnival & Racing Party in Hong Kong or the 46th Golden Horse nominee and farewell cocktail parties in Taiwan, he showcases the Legendary Chocolate Experience of Godiva to everyone.
