How to earn V.I.P. Bonus Points

* Applicable to the oﬃcial GODIVA store or GODIVA online store,except kiosks, airport and duty-free outlets.
* Bonus Points are applicable to GOLD V.I.P. / CLASSIC V.I.P. / PERMANENT V.I.P.but not applicable to SAVER member.
* Bonus Points are calculated based on the actual net amount paid and are not applicable to items/ products that have stated that they do not participate in the V.I.P. Bonus Point Scheme, such as the use of shopping mallʼs gift certiﬁcates.
* Promotion of Buy-One-Get-One-Free is not entitled to bonus point and the corresponding spending record will not be reﬂected in membership account.

* Member please inform/conﬁrm about the membership status before purchase. Bonus Points will not be reissued due to the failure of the member to provide such information.
* In the event of a return, the Bonus Points corresponding to the returned portion will be deducted from the accumulated Bonus Points.
* Bonus Points can only be accumulated within the same membership account and Bonus Points from diﬀerent membership accounts cannot be combined.

V.I.P. Bonus Points' Usage Instructions

* Bonus Points can be exchanged for the below designated gifts or vouchers. For details and the most updated information, please check and conﬁrm at the GODIVA store.
* Once the redemption is conﬁrmed, it cannot be withdrawn.
* Bonus Points cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred.
* Product is subject to stock availability in shop at the time of redemption.
* The accumulated Bonus Points will be reset to zero once the V.I.P. downgraded to SAVER and cannot redeem for any gifts and vouchers.

V.I.P. Bonus Points' Validity Period

Bonus Points are valid for one year (from 1st October to 30th September next year). Members must use the Bonus Points within the said time limit, overdue accumulated Bonus Points will be reset to zero in the following year and members should start accumulating new Bonus Points in new year.

* GODIVA Chocolatier (Asia) Limited reserves the right not to accept and/or recognise any spending(s) which are deemed inappropriate, suspicious and/or invalid for registration in the V.I.P. Bonus Point Scheme at its sole and absolute discretion.
* The Bonus Point Scheme is bound by the above terms and conditions. GODIVA Chocolatier (Asia) Limited reserves the right to cancel, revise or suspend all or any part(s) of the V.I.P. Bonus Point Scheme, or the terms and conditions herein contained, at any time without prior notice or reason.
* The decision of GODIVA Chocolatier (Asia) Limited on all matters relating to, or in connection with, the V.I.P. Bonus Point Scheme shall be ﬁnal and binding on all parties concerned.
